Last month, I stepped into the classroom on behalf of my agency, ECD Insurance Agency, returning for my second time as an instructor for NAMC SoCal's third "Project Administration Training and Certification" program. My focus was leading the "Insurance - Coverages and Application" course.
Real Risk Management for Real Growth
Sharing this knowledge with a room full of passionate entrepreneurs is a vital part of supporting our business community. Insurance isn't just a box to check—it’s a strategic tool that allows a business to confidently scale up and compete for larger commercial contracts.
Throughout the course, we didn't just talk about policies; we collaborated on how to spot hidden pitfalls and close dangerous coverage gaps before they turn into costly mistakes.
Collaborating with Established Leaders
There was an impressive amount of energy, drive, and baseline expertise in the room. As a fellow business owner, it was highly rewarding to work alongside these new and established entrepreneurs. They are actively building serious legacies in our local industries.
We capped off the program by celebrating all the graduates at their official ceremony, and seeing their hard work culminate in graduation was a great milestone.
A Strategic Partnership
Thank you to NAMC SoCal President Traci Watson for the invitation to continue serving as an instructor for this program. Her leadership continues to drive sustainable growth and create excellent opportunities in the Southern California construction market.
Cheers to all the graduates! Wishing you all massive success as you continue to safely protect, build, and grow your businesses. 🚀
